Transport and pumping
We have a modern fleet of concrete mixers and pumps of various types, suitable for all types of constructions, for the transport and pumping of concrete.
Concrete of various consistencies is transported in several ways:

dump trucks

truck mixers of the volume of 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 m3, the concrete mixture can be transported directly from the truck up to a distance of 2-3 metres

truck mixers of the volume of 4 m3, equipped with a concrete pump, this way the mixture can be transported to a distance of up to 16 metres

truck mixers of the volume of 9 m3, equipped with a conveyor belt, this way the mixture can be transported to a distance of up to 16 metres

For high quality of concrete product is important quality of concrete material and quality of execution. Concrete must be casted and well vibrated into well-prepared formworks. This proces is specified in CSN EN 13670 Execution of concrete structures. In this standard is specified request for executing.
For example:

Concrete has to be visually checked during unloading. In case of nonstandard appearance of concrete (according to experiences) it has to be stopped.

Concrete must be vibrated by immersion or external vibrators, unless there is no other agreement.

Concrete hast to be placed as close as possible to his final position. Vibrators should be used for compacting and should not be used for transporting on long distance.

Vibrating should be systematic and contain vibrating of lower layer.

Surface layer of high section should be vibrated to reduce plastic settlement above the horizontal upper reinforcement.
To place the mixture to distant or hard-to-reach places we use concrete pumps with placing arms 20 to 52 meters long.
