Consumer information on extrajudicial dispute resolution
In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer in relation to products and services sold by us that we fail to resolve by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit an out-of-court settlement of such dispute to a designated out-of-court consumer dispute resolution entity.
