Concrete designed for white tanks and underground structures with reduced hydration heat generation, less shrinkage and minimal pressure water leaks. The proposed mixture follows the Austrian White Tanks Directive within possible limits thanks to the ČBS Technical Rules 02 for White Tanks.
ZAPA AQUASTOP concrete complies with the requirements of ČSN EN 206 (including national amendments to this standard - eg TN SVB 1-2014) and is designed especially for concreting of substructures. The optimum design of this concrete guarantees a gradual increase in strength (compressive strength declared after 90 days) and minimization of hydration heat - the concrete is also suitable for massive structures. Thanks to its properties and the use of special additives increasing the resistance of concrete to pressure water, ZAPA AQUASTOP is particularly suitable for use in the construction of so-called white tanks, where it is required to eliminate cracks and minimize water leakage through the structure.
